These terms apply to all services from Brian Edwards Copywriting LLC ("we", "us"). By hiring us or using this website, you agree to them.
1. Services
We provide copywriting services: website copy, sales pages, product descriptions, emails, ads and blog content. The exact work, price and delivery date are written in your quote or order.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are stated in your quote. Work starts after we receive the agreed payment or deposit. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number. Late payments may delay delivery.
3. Delivery
Our services are delivered digitally by email or online link. Nothing is shipped. The delivery date is stated in your quote.
4. Revisions
The number of revisions is stated in your quote. Extra revisions or a change in project scope may cost extra.
5. What we need from you
Please give us accurate information, your goals, and feedback on time. Delays from your side may move the delivery date.
6. Ownership
After full payment, you own the final copy we deliver. Until full payment, we keep the rights to the work. We may show the work as a sample in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your private business information confidential and use it only for your project.
8. No guarantee of results
Good copy helps, but sales and results also depend on your product, price, market and advertising. We cannot guarantee a specific result.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

11. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Montana, USA.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
