Our services are custom digital writing. Nothing is shipped, so there are no physical returns. This is how refunds work:
Before work starts
If you cancel before we start your project, you get a full refund.
After work starts
If you cancel after we start, we refund the part of the work that is not yet done. Work already completed is not refundable.
After delivery
Because the work is delivered digitally and cannot be returned, we do not give refunds after the final copy is delivered. If you are not happy, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will fix it with revisions, as stated in your quote.
If we cannot deliver
If we cannot deliver the agreed work, you get a full refund for the part not delivered.
Duplicate or wrong charges
If you were charged by mistake or more than once, tell us and we will refund the extra charge in full.

Include your name, project name and the reason. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
